We were tasked to create a logo and information posters for the City of Cape Town.
The City of Cape Town has products and services available for tourists with disabilities that requires special needs. These needs are called Universal Accessibility or UA.
We created a logo that not only symbolises Cape Town as a tourist destination but also an UA friendly destination by incorporating a human on a wheelchair within the logo. The combination of the typeface, color and layout is designed so the logo is welcoming and friendly.
The design style for the posters is bold and minimal so that it can be identitified easily by tourist with disabilities. The infographics was designed so that it can be simple and easy to read.
